When somebody visits Times Square in New York, you shouldn't miss taking photos with the self claimed naked cowboy who is also a center of attraction for lots of tourists. Oula!! the guy is back to perform at his ussual spot after a long winter absences.

Naked Cowboy is out performing in the winter months also. He performs in all weather, even snow storms.

Usually he performs all season but I haven't seen him for the last few months. I have been frequently visiting Times Square and I might have been missed his presence. Yesterday, when I visited Times Square, he is there performing. Good to see him again like ever before.
