Mr. Karma Choephel, the Chair of the Tibetan Assembly (Legislative body) of the Tibetan Government in Exile, based in Dharamshala, India is currently on the U.S. tour. He was the Chief Guest of the cultural performances organized by the Regional Tibetan Youth Congress, New York and New Jersey at the Union Square on October 20, 2007.
