A Mini truck lying idle at the sideway in Central Park with the number plate written with OFFICIAL. I am curious if New York city government has to issue an Official sign to each officer's or employee's car, I guess there will be thousands of cars with the plate written "OFFICIAL". There must be something official about it. I have no clue!!

SOMETHING OFFICIAL ABOUT IT
A Mini truck lying idle at the sideway in Central Park with the number plate written with OFFICIAL. I am curious if New York city government has to issue an Official sign to each officer's or employee's car, I guess there will be thousands of cars with the plate written "OFFICIAL".
